I just read that Sabelius stated "We are not where we need to be," Sebelius told a hearing of the Senate Finance Committee. "It is a pretty aggressive schedule to get to the end of the punch list by the end of November."
As a result, not very many people have been able to sign up yet. "I can tell you our early enrollment numbers will be very low," Sebelius said. HHS has promised to release its first numbers next week on how many people have bought health insurance on the site.
My question is how do we prepare for the onslaught if the website is not fixed as promised by November?
