A missing machine in Richmond 501 put Herring up by 99.  An uncounted paper ballot in Richmond 603 give Herring one additional vote.  

Unofficial tally now:  Herring (D) 1,103,580, Obenshain (R) 1,103,480.

Obenshain's lawyers now demanding to see poll books.
