More below the fold:
Both Team Kaels and the flexorama team are going toe-to-toe with Garrosh Hellscream this week. Ninotchka wants some feedback about this, but I'll let Nina explain here:
Once again, Team Kaels and the flexorama team are at the same point in Siege of Orgrimmar progression. Last week was a banner week for Team Kaels – we blew through Thok on Tuesday, killed Blackfuse on Wednesday, and knocked over the Paragons surprisingly easily on Friday. That left us staring at Garrosh’s increasingly ugly mug as a capper for Friday night. The flexorama team managed to kill both Blackfuse and the Paragons in one evening. For such a complex fight with so many moving parts, the Paragons ends up very simple if you have a good team marking the primary targets and people who are good at switching to the correct target to kill.
Killing Garrosh normal mode is going to be a long haul, however. We worked at it for a good chunk of time on Friday night, and again the last two nights, and we’re only now consistently making it out of the first transition and clearing the first set of mind controls. We are 2-healing, and both healers getting MC’d? Ouch.
Flex is up to Garrosh as well. I am at a decision point. Should the flex group clear Blackfuse and Paragons again next week, or should I extend and get some solid work in on Garrosh? I’m hesitant to spend a whole flex raid night on him, because I can easily foresee that I will be getting very tired of this guy in the coming weeks. I have also had to set some minimum gearing requirements for the folks I bring to the Blackfuse and Paragon fights and I don’t like excluding people. Also, I would kind of like to get more of the early wing raid acheesemints out of the way, and if we do wings 1 and 2 I can let people bring in a few alts and have a more relax-a-raid.
So, looking for feedback on the plans

Next is Pamena with the Team RubiPam report:
Team RubiPam report:
We had a good farming week last week while Rubidium was off enjoying a well deserved RL vacation with Dr./Mrs. Rubi - Buck came with us on Monday, to finish up the first wing, and Crakzert came with us on Thursday to go back and farm that wing again - lots of good loots for many folks, so it was a good use of our time. But Rubi was back on Monday, so we used his lockout to return to the srs bsness of progression raiding, tackling General Nazgrim once again - took us a while, again, but we finally got him down woot! I am levelling my monk Libiamo in Northrend right now and just yesterday ran into Sgt. Nazgrim and was very sad to think about his future. But, then, as someone said in guild chat, yeah, we used to be buds, but now you've got a loot table, so THWAK! We had time for some pulls on Malkorok, and got him to 8% on one of them, but some folks' UI's seemed to not really show them when they had the debuff that blows everyone up if they stay in the group, so we need to work on that. Hopefully, we'll get him tonight and move on to the annoying time trial of Spoils.

And here's Pamena with the Saturday Night Massacre report:
Saturday Night Massacre - I was unexpectedly called away Saturday night, so I ask Shriker to organize the old school farming raid on Ulduar, and I understand he and Tvath did an outstanding job of pulling that together, much fun for all I think. This Saturday, I thought we could try a flex raid of the first wing in SoO, for people who are still gearing up - I would hope most people would be at item level 510 or so, but if we have a few folks below that, we could probably still manage to pull it off, so I hope people will want to do it.

That's all I have for this week.
For the Horde!
