Phone bank now a fundraiser?  Okay but if this James Cargas really thinks he can challenge me, well, he can go right ahead.  Meanwhile, I'll go see what President Bush is up to in Dallas.
In Texas 7th Congressional District, Rep. John Culberson's 2012 Democratic challenger, James Cargas, is back for another run and is already building support.  

Just recently his campaign had a phone bank event and now Cargas is going for a fundraiser tomorrow, February 20th in Houston, TX
