Daily Kos Weight Loss is a community at Daily Kos dedicated to weight loss, maintenance, and support. As with all communities, trolls are calorie-free and will be munched should they engage with us. Please feel free to jump, jog, skip, dive, or walk in.
I've researched weight loss and maintenance extensively. I also have experience of being overweight and losing weight with disabilities, as do many of our readers. Don't be afraid to ask us for a response. The worst we can say is that we don't know about the topic (yet).

139 on the scale this morning. I've been ramping up my weightlifting recently and cutting back on the walking. I think I may have worn out my new shoes already; I get bursitis symptoms if I do too much, and my feet hurt when I wear them. Sigh. Over-achiever. How are you doing? Please let us know.
