'You've got to understand, this for me is not about the right side or the wrong side of history, this is the right side of the Bible, and unless God rewrites it, edits it, sends it down with his signature on it, it's not my book to change,'"Gosh he has to sign it for every edition?
Does anyone know what God's signature looks like?
I cant remember ever seeing it inside the cover, how much would a signed copy be worth?
The early Christians all had different bibles and nobody knew what the list of contents were supposed to be..
The early Catholic Church in fact did the choosing of which books they deemed to be divinely inspired, but also no signatures there either.
Various squabbling continued for many centuries as to what was and what was not divinely inspired, Martin Luther didn't like the Hebrews, James, Jude, and Revelations.
It all really comes down to the theory of Papal Infallibility rather than any editing on god's part.
Tsk tsk Mike wanting signatures so really you are just a homophobic doubting Thomas? Signatures be damned, have faith.
Actually it is edited and added to all the time
