I took my 3 dogs in the old Santa Fe, and we went to vote in the PA primary this morning in Laureldale, near Reading, PA.
I voted at about 7:20 AM, and I was number 6...overall, not just Democrats. There was no line at all, nor any other voters in the building while I was there.
Turnout was very light this morning, but polls had just opened at 7 AM, and the worker there told me she expected a fairly heavy turnout around lunch and again as various work places ended their first shift.
Democrats had choices of candidates for Governor to run against T bag Tom Corbett, a TERRIBLE governor, said to be the most vulnerable in the US this year.
There were also choices for State Rep, and several county offices and Democratic committee, and the choice of a US Rep to run against the repulsive Joe Pitts.
Republicans did not get a choice for governor, and I expect their turnout to be pretty light in this primary.
FWIW, I voted for McCord for Governor.
