Anyone who wants to check can find the top recommended diaries for the past year, and Jotter does an awesome job of showing the top diaries on any given day, but just how many diaries are we talking about that constitute the very top of the top, the most rarified of the thousands published every year? And what is the context within which they are measured? I got curious.
And who writes these paragons of paragraphery? I expected to find a majority of Front Pagers, or certainly a cluster of a very few names, but I was pleasantly surprised. Below the fold is a list of the authors of the top 62 (one tenth of one percent) diaries.
