From the New Jersey Star-Ledger:
Are Chris Christie and his cronies cornered on Bridgegate?
...
“Whatever Christie says or does -- and whatever potential donors or Jimmy Fallon and his viewers think -- the question that truly matters is whether Fishman’s pursuit leads to the governor himself. Christie’s Port appointees -- not only Samson, but former PA Deputy Executive Director Bill Baroni and his oddball sidekick David Wildstein -- all face near-certain indictment and are being pressed to hand up Christie, as is the governor’s former chief counsel, Charlie McKenna.”
The rest of the article is packed with information from inside sources about how U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman’s Bridgegate probe is going. It’s going poorly for the three cronies cited above as well as Bridget Kelly, the two reporters say. They cite sources saying all will be indicted, perhaps in a month or two.
Federal sentencing guidelines are extremely onerous and those indicted have a huge incentive to turn state’s evidence, as I’ve noted here. The writers say this could lead one or more of the four to flip on Christie.

Mulshine says that although he doesn't know the sources in the Esquire article, he "has the Legislative Committee on speed dial", and they all agree that those four cronies are about to get indicted!!
My guess is that as we speak, all four of those bastards, and Samson too, are trying desperately to flip on Christie. Sounds like Fishman nailed this case. Stay tuned - Christie just spoke out in defense of Gov. Walker in Wisconsin, whose scandal is implicating Rove AND the Republican Governor's Association, which is run by...Christie.
Maybe they'll all go down together.
Good times.
