Perhaps, in the hopes of staying relevant, the investigative panel looking into Christie's Bridge problem Number 1 -- is stepping up their investigative heat.

by Brent Johnson, The Star-Ledger -- June 27, 2014
TRENTON — The leaders of the state legislative committee investigating the George Washington Bridge scandal want to issue subpoenas to 13 more people to testify under oath -- including key members of Gov. Chris Christie's inner circle, according to a report by The Record.
The list was created by the panel's co-chairs, state Assemblyman John Wisniewski (D-Middlesex) and Sen. Loretta Weinberg (D-Bergen), and circulated among the panel's other members, the report said.
It includes Michael DuHaime, Christie's chief political strategist; Charles McKenna, the Republican governor's former chief counsel; and Regina Ega (sic: Egea), a Christie aide; Fort Lee Mayor Mark Sokolich; Port Authority Executive Director Patrick Foye; and Port Authority Deputy Executive Director Deb Gramiccioni, a Christie appointee, according to the report.
