I stand in awe of this women. I can't believe she went ot West Virginia. This is a fantastic test of her ability to be a "game changer"

http://www.washingtonpost.com/...

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. — Populist Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) got a rock-star reception during a standing-room-only campaign rally here Monday, as hundreds of liberal activists cheered her broadsides against corporate interests and voiced hopes that her presence might shift the political winds in an increasingly Republican state.

The rally on behalf of Senate candidate Natalie Tennant was the latest in a string of recent Warren appearances in red and blue states alike, where Democratic base voters have embraced her fiery message as an envoy to working-class voters frustrated with both Wall Street and the Obama administration

Now the article is not clear as to wheter this "crowd" are West Virginia folks or for lack of a better term "Warren Groupies"
This is the significance: By all accounts West Vriginia is a "done deal" Caputo has it. She will win it. Its a GOP pick-up.

If Warren is able to upset the balance, not even win it, but makes it competetive. She woluld have worked magic that Hillary Clinton couldn't even dream up. The next few polls are going to be interesting. Warren is putting a lot on the line. I respect her for trying and putting herself out there in the most desperate of races. She deserves credit. This is a not a calculated move but a principled one. This is Elizabeth Warren. Are we ready for her?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
