Every year in the little town of Yachats, Oregon the Chamber of Commerce sponsors the La De Da Parade on the fourth of July. It is described as wacky, whimsical and fun! The participants dress in hand made costumes and the parade itself only last for a few minutes. It has become one of favorite parades.
Do you enjoy parades? If so which ones? Got any photos to share?

Treasures~
We can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures. ~ Thornton Wilder
On a personal note life continues to be full keeping me busy without a lot of free time. Time of which I would spend here at Daily Kos if I could.
Kossack Lute is healing from his surgeries. Lute's grandson is recovering from surgery to drain a cyst on his pancreas.
My son Sequoia Blu is recovering from surgery as well. He had two cyst removed from his leg on Monday. Now we wait for the pathology report.
I treasure my family and friends which includes all of you here.
How are you and your family?
