Note: This diary is in support of an ongoing crowdfunding effort by the North American Indian Center of Boston (NAICOB). The funding will play a crucial role in helping regenerate the building they've occupied for the last 40 years. Please help in any way you can - ideally, by Rec'ing and sharing as widely as you can, and if time and finances allow, with whatever you can provide to help with the fundraising effort. Times are tight for many of us - simply sharing news of this effort is more than appreciated. Please read on, and thank you.
There are 34 days left in the
NAICOB Regeneration Fund crowdfunding campaign on IndieGoGo. They've only reached 1% of their goal so far. In an effort to help them reach more people to increase the chance of success, I've been writing and posting pieces here on Daily Kos. Some pieces were long (see the last one listed, below), some were not. One of the pieces issued a challenge, and contained two mini
Woo Tales1 as an additional incentive in hopes that they would help draw more attention & shares.
This is another short one - a very simple one. I made a mini-flyer using a composite image I'd created using Photoshop; it, for me, conveyed an effective message of the contrast between the ghosts of the past versus visions of the future. I'd like folks here to help out by sharing it.
Help me help NAICOB raise the funds they need so they can continue to serve the Native American community in and around Boston, greater Boston and large swaths of New England by sharing this on your social networks, email lists and with any people, group or organization who can help raise awareness or contribute to their crowdfunding effort. Include the link to their fundraising campaign.
That's it. Simple request. Can you help?

Footnotes
1 One "Woo Tale" provides insight on the phrase "pissing contest" from a dog's perspective; the other one offered one potentially sinister answer to the age-old mystery of why the chicken crossed the road.
