Another happy couple
Two more bans on marriage equality come
tumbling down:
A federal appeals court has struck down gay marriage bans in Idaho and Nevada.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco made the ruling Tuesday. It did not decide on a similar case in Hawaii, which legalized gay marriage in December.
The ruling won't take effect immediately,
however. In Nevada, the case will return to a lower court, but in Idaho it will take effect in one week unless Idaho appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court intervenes.
You can read the ruling here.
Please give $3 to get rid of the dinosaurs that continue to oppose marriage equality!
