It's Friday again, so FNBB is here! Grab your beverage and come say hi.
I think it's time to play the theme song:
Information? No, maybe next week.
I want to offer for discussion tonight this recent post from drunkspin: Stella Artois Is A Disgrace To Belgium.
Belgium produces most of the amazingly great beers on earth, isn't it necessary balance that they also make shitty industrial lager?
I've said before that every country that brews beer brews shitty industrial lager, with very few exceptions. In Germany and Czech Republic even the industrial lager is good; I don't know of any British industrial lager (they import Stella); the poorest parts of Africa drink local sorghum beer. The ugly truth is that people everywhere like thin fizzy yellow beer.
I'm off to the homebrew club meeting and will drink what's brought. What are you drinking? Is anyone brewing?
