I've been waiting and waiting for Darren Wilson to be indicted for the murder of Michael Brown.
I understand that the DA might not go that route but I also don't like the postponement of the decision. It has felt like a deliberate attempt to wait until we've forgotten.
And now....
Here's an article that worries me.
http://www.kansascity.com/...
The headline is this:
"New riot gear at the ready in Ferguson"
And the first paragraph says it all...
"ST. LOUIS
St. Louis County police said they have spent around $100,000 stocking up on riot gear and other items they may need if protests turn violent after prosecutors announce whether a Ferguson officer will face criminal charges in the shooting death of Michael Brown."
That's a lot of money for a lot nasty items. Would they have stocked up if decision were anything other than no indictment?
The announcement should come within a week. Brace yourselves.
