Two more horrific terrorist attacks happened in the past 24 hours...one at the Colorado Springs NAACP center (where thankfully no one was hurt), the other at a French comedy publication which left 12 people dead. My deepest sympathies to the victims, their families and loved ones.
On a more positive note, a ton of awesome ACA news came out today:
—Gallup: Uninsured rate drops another half point to 12.9%
--Well, well, well...Republican Gov. Scott Walker just cannonballed the King plaintiff's chief argument
--Massachusetts: Chalk up another 1,400 QHPs & 3,760 Medicaid enrollees
--Kentucky: 3,300 additional QHP enrollees since 12/16; 9,600 more added to Medicaid
--Minnesota: 41.7K QHPs, 42.1K Medicaid/MNCare thru 1/06
--Rhode Island: 6K down, 6K up; new additions cancel out non-renewals to date
--Back On Track: 6.593M QHPs via HC.gov through January 2nd (note: I was only off by 0.05% this time)
--9 MILLION QHPS Estimated Nationally, and where things go from here.
Stay safe, everyone.
