Here's a beer song I don't think we've used before:
Saturday the homebrew club will be having our first attempt at a food and beer pairing dinner. I'm pretty sure no pig feet are on the menu, though I think roast pork loin is. My contribution to the potluck will be spent grain bread, to accompany other dishes with no beer of its own.
This required me to brew this week for the first time in months. For the brewers here: if you've ever used the "S-04" dry yeast please comment on your experience and whether you liked the flavor.
