The Amazing Benghazi Brothers
So there's this:
Hillary Rodham Clinton was directly asked by congressional investigators in a December 2012 letter whether she had used a private email account while serving as secretary of state, according to letters obtained by The New York Times.
But Mrs. Clinton did not reply to the letter. And when the State Department answered in March 2013, nearly two months after she left office, it ignored the question and provided no response.
Well that's odd. What could have been going on in December of 2012 that would have caused a delay in promptly responding to yet-the-latest of one of Darrell Issa's personal fishing expeditions? Oh—right.

While I'm not one to stand in the way of the next Fox News public freakout, that does seem something at least worth a passing mention.
As to why the State Department themselves took so long to respond, dunno. Maybe it was because they were just figuring out that their email system and policies were indeed a complete wreck in desperate need of revamping—as they did soon afterward. Or maybe they just really hate Darrell Issa. Can't rule that one out.
