A few days ago, a Judge
ruled:
ALL the sections in the Mueller Report, concerning Michael Flynn need to be Unredacted and made public. And that Judge so ordered that the DOJ do that, by the end of the month.
Strike One!
Just yesterday, a Judge
ruled:
A federal judge in Washington, D.C. declined to block a House subpoena to President Trump's accounting firm, Mazars USA, for his financial records on Monday.
[...]
U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta's ruling means Mazars USA must comply with the subpoena for 8 years of Trump's financial records.
- Mehta also denied Trump's lawyers' request to stay his order more than the 7 days both sides agreed to for an appeal, ruling the public's interest in "maximizing the effectiveness of the investigatory powers of Congress" was greater than any damage to Trump or his businesses.
Who couldn’t see that fast ball across the plate?
Strike Two!
And today, a Judge ruled that Trump’s ‘Deep-Pockets’ Bankers need to obey subpoenas:
by Tom Winter, NBCNews — May 22, 2019

The Trump family and company sued Deutsche Bank and Capital One last month in an effort to block them from turning over financial documents sought by Congress. The House Intelligence and Financial Services committees had issued subpoenas to several banks as part of their investigations of alleged foreign influence on U.S. elections.
In his ruling, U.S. District Judge Edgardo Ramos said he disagrees with the arguments from the Trump family attorneys that the subpoenas don't have a legitimate legislative purpose.
Ramos described the subpoenas as "undeniably broad" but "clearly pertinent."

Strike Three! he’s out of here!
If there were any fairness in the world. If only the same investigative rules applied to the Clintons (ad nauseam) — were also applied to The Donald, in equal measure.
Fair is fair.
There is no honest competition, when there is no equivalent Playbook, for ALL Players.
That includes using the same Strike-zone. Even if your name is Trump.

"It is simply not fathomable that a Constitution that grants Congress the power to remove a President for reasons including criminal behavior would deny Congress the power to investigate him for unlawful conduct — past or present — even without formally opening an impeachment inquiry."
— Judge Amit Mehta (Umpire-in-Chief)
