Why would CNN’s Jake Tapper choose this way to contextualize Trump’s racist tweets.
Some of us still have yarn, but since it’s Shark Week, CNN decided that they would represent the “very fine people on both sides” and invite the Richard Spencer who’s not in the Defense Department onto its air, lest its audience further bleed over to Fox News.
Today’s latest Trump nonsense, as though racist language doesn’t make him a racist (sic), much like having racist bones are irrelevant.
Darn that filthy language
The original problem arises when Trump explicitly makes a racist comment in the below tweet because he identifies the four Congresswomen by their racial countries of origin, ignoring that they are all Americans. Everything else has been damage control since then.
