I always knew the headlines on Yahoo were weird

I copied this headline and first paragraph since I know it will disappear:

WASHINGTON -  President Bush (news - web sites) made an unexpected visit to the Russian Embassy on Sunday where he signed a book of condolence for victims of the school hostage seizure and expressed outrage at the actions of "evil terrorists."
