Just days before Iowa I confidently predicted that my man Dean would win handily, defeating a second place Dick Gephardt 31 to 26 percent.
Boy was I wrong.
So decided I needed to switch. I took a look around the field and decided that Clark had the best potential to rise above the fray and score a solid 30 percent of the vote in New Hampshire.
No sooner had I said that than Clark's support began to erode, dropping today to around 15 percent.
Well, I tell you all, I've had it. I'm determined to break my losing streak this time. So now I'm putting all my eggs in one basket.
I want EVERYONE to know that I, Lampwicke, am supporting John Kerry to be the Democratic Nominee. I want him to be the WINNER in New Hampshire!
Did you hear that, Lord?
This time I WON'T be proved wrong; I just know it...
