Murdoch owned media screws troops again!

I'm surprised that more isn't being made out of this. The Sun and the New York Post had humiliating photos of Saddam of their front pages today. While I could careless about the dignity of Saddam I do care about the safety of our troops and we all know those photos will lead to MORE violence:

Britain's The Sun and the New York Post said the photos were provided by a U.S. military official it did not identify. The photos not only angered the U.S. military, which issued a condemnation rare for its immediacy, but also were expected to further fuel anti-American sentiment in a country edging toward open sectarian conflict.

"This is an insult to show the former president in such a condition. Saddam is from the past now, so what is the reason for this? It is bad work from the media. Do they want to degrade the Iraqi people? Or they want to provoke their feelings," said Baghdad businessman Abu Barick, 45.

Murdoch media has a history of disregarding the safety of our troops for the sake of profit. Remember when FOX NEWS'corespondent Geraldo Rivera revealed American troop movements on live TV!!!

Could you imagine the shit storm from The Right wing Rethuglican media if it was the NY TIMES and the publication of the Saddam photos lead to riots in Iraq?

We gotta slam Murdoch's media on this big time!
