From Political Wire:
The latest Rasmussen Reports Poll shows President Bush at 46% with Sen. John Kerry at 44%. "While the top-lines have changed little, there is movement beneath the surface. More voters now see Bush as conservative and Kerry as liberal than they did a few weeks ago."
A new IBD/TIPP Poll also shows that Bush "has regained the lead" from Kerry "as the boost the challenger got from the Democratic primaries wears off and the incumbent starts his own campaign in earnest." Bush leads Kerry 45% to 40%, with 6% going to Independent Ralph Nader.
What is the overall take on Rasmussen and IBD (which is a rag)?
