Wikipedia puts the population of Lake County at 484,500, roughly...2/3 white, 1/4 black. That's about 300,000 and 121,000 about.
In 2004, John Kerry got 114,000 votes from Lake County. Say the turnout is double, and the races are the same as above. That would be 130,000 white votes, and almost 60,000 black votes.
According to CNN's exit poles, whites went for Hillary at 60%, and blacks for Obama at 93%...that means, of white votes, Hillary gets 78,000, Barack 52,000, a net plus for Hillary of 26,000. Of the Black votes, Barack gets 54,000, Hillary 6,000, a net for Barack of 48,000.
So, with shaky math, he should pick up 22,000 votes. Right now, the gap is about 39,000, and one Clinton-looking county is outstanding.
