For Netroots Nation and all who travel to it, let us pray. Hear our prayer.

For the people of Iraq and all nations beset by political violence, let us pray. Hear our prayer.

For Zimbabwe and all nations who struggle to achieve or maintain democratic institutions, let us pray. Hear our prayer.

For Burma, the basin of the Indian Ocean, and all areas affected by disaster, let us pray. Hear our prayer.

That we might live in harmony with the natural world and not abuse its resources, let us pray. Hear our prayer.

For the flood-wracked people of Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and New Orleans, let us pray. Hear our prayer.

For the children of the world, let us pray. Hear our prayer.

For all those who hunger and thirst, for the sick, the lonely and the despised, let us pray. Hear our prayer.

Great and gracious One, invest us in hope and determination, that we may remain always engaged and never lose our sense of compassion.
