Good afternoon, Kossacks. So far, this has been the most heart rending week since my sister’s early death about 18 months ago. It wasn’t the debate, I believe that Biden will rebound. He is a good president and importantly, a strong union supporter. No, it was the corrupt decision granting of immunity to the office of the president -without precedent or textual support and on the sketchiest of grounds. This horror on top of all of the other poorly reasoned and biased decisions of this term put me a bad place. This morning however, I saw that Joseph Morelle is planning to bring forward legislation to reverse this holding apnews.com/...and I started to feel better. Then I was able to help a stranger with a heavy package at the post office. I remembered that small things done for others help me lift the grief/depression and find a way forward. So I came back to daily kos and looked for the latest Hope Springs post www.dailykos.com/… and then sent them a little cash since Hope Springs is one of my favorite things on DK . Now I feel ready to let go of the grief and move on to the next right thing. I wish that for you, too. This is my first story for daily kos, so pardon what are doubtless my story’s myriad shortcomings.
