Just saw at
politicalwire that Nancy Pelosi has admitted that she knew about the domestic spying undertaken by Bush. Apparently he informed congressional leaders about it. Harry Reid has not yet commented on whether or not he knew.
I gotta say, I am not down with this--if Pelosi (and possibly Reid) knew what was going on and said nothing it undermines all those who are calling Bush out. I certainly would like to hear more from Pelosi about this before making a final judgment, the report at politicalwire gives no details or direct quotes from her, and it may be premature to talk about a leadership change for the dems in the house, but this report at least raises that disturbing possibility.
