It has been announced that David Wildstein of Bridgegate Fame is set to plead guilty today in a supposed plea deal.

From Bloomberg Business:

David Wildstein, a former ally of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, is set to plead guilty, according to a person with knowledge of the matter, suggesting he may be cooperating with prosecutors probing traffic jams he ordered near the George Washington Bridge.

Wildstein is scheduled to appear as early as Friday in federal court in Newark, where grand jurors heard testimony in secret for months about gridlock over four mornings in Fort Lee, New Jersey, according to the person, who requested anonymity because the matter isn’t public. The plea was originally scheduled for Thursday, the person said. The specific charges were unclear.

Christie denies knowledge of a plot to close two of the three local-access lanes to the world’s busiest bridge, which is run by the Port Authority. If Wildstein pleads guilty and cooperates with prosecutors, he could give them an inside view of how the plot unfolded.
‘Evidence Exists’

Crain's New York
also reported this story.  Christie's reaction? :
Speaking to reporters Wednesday in New Brunswick, Mr. Christie reiterated what he said at a news conference Jan. 9, 2014, when he said he had no advance knowledge of the lane closures.

"I don't expect that anything's going to be different than what I said on Jan. 9," Mr. Christie said. "But I can't speculate as to what may happen or not happen. We'll see. Whenever anything does occur, we'll react to it. But I know what the truth is, so I'm not the least bit concerned about it."

Daniel Richman, a Columbia University law professor and former federal prosecutor, said if Mr. Wildstein pleads guilty, he is likely to help the government.

So, is this the moment we have all been waiting for?  The time when we can all say in chorus "DING, DONG, ....."

However, after hearing Christie proclaim and repeatedly proclaim that "But I know what the truth is, so I'm not the least bit concerned about it," you know what folks?  I really believe him.  And why, after all this time do I say that?

Because all narcissists only see the world as it serves them; other people's needs DO NOT EXIST.  And all sociopaths in a like way, end up believing their own bs.  This is entitlement on steroids.

So, there is no doubt in my mind that Christie does hold a version of the truth that he has twisted to suit himself.  A version of the truth where 'might makes right.'

Well, this will be the beginning of the long awaited FALL OF THE HOUSE OF CARDS OF CHRISTIE....

Couldn't have happened to a nicer and more deserving guy.

(I couldn't find anyone else writing about this; if it has, let me know and I will take it down.)

Do you think that this guilty plea by Wildstein will finally be the beginning of the end of the House of Christie?

Once again you guys came to the rescue.  I sorted this all out.  It involved some settings on my computer and as one person said, I probably double toggled on the 'show/hide ads button.'

Thanks for all your help.

However in the process, got what seems to be a really good piece of advice from Wisper:

Not sure (1+ / 0-)
Something changed on their filter.  Taboola is pretty good at disguising itself as a "not ad" and pretends to be actual content.  Maybe it got through their subscriber filter.

AdTrap is a device.  A little 4" by 5" box that plugs into your router.  And that's it.  It configures itself and blocks everything from coming in to any device on your private network.  Nothing to install, no browser plug ins, no proxy configurations, no user IDs or passwords.

Just plug it in.  It blocks everything on my PC, my wife's Mac, my iPhone, my iPad, my work laptop when I bring it home, etc.

Everything is just gone. From every site.  No popups, no videos, no trackers, no commercials when you stream the Daily Show, no taboola-style ads at the bottom of articles, nothing.

It costs like $100.  I got mine off Ebay for $80.  Worth every penny.

Here is their site.

Hey Guys,

Am I the only one, who when LOGGING on this morning found myself bombarded by ADS?

I thought something was the matter.  I re-logged on and made sure that I had clicked the 'HIDE ADS' button under my FP profile (next to comments, groups, etc.).

Did not make a bit of difference.

Every diary that I click on has ads all over it.  I paid for the subscriber status IN ORDER TO AVOID THE ADS.  I was told by Kos that this would ensure a lifetime of no ads.  What has changed?

Even on the FP articles, right after the Recommend Button there is TWO ROWS of ads :

After all the horror stories of out of control, racist, militarized, if not 'brown shirt', police departments who have become a law unto themselves, there is a place in the world where the police are not only 'doing it right' but they are doing it with style, flair and humour (British spelling intentional for this story!)

Take a Break!  Take a breather from all the negativity and heartache in the news and step into the sunshine for a moment.  Where all appears to be, in fact, 'all right with the world.'  At least that part of the world inhabited by the Isle of Scilly Police Dept on St. Mary's Island.  It is part of the archipelago called the The Isles of Scilly, about 28 miles southwest of the British coast, where they proclaim "A Place Like Nowhere in England."

Thanks to the Guardian for bringing this story to light yesterday, letting the world know about one of Britain's hidden treasures.  A police department that is actually trying to connect with its public and is producing brilliant prose in the process.  (They are English after all, they use the language in a way that we can only dream about...imho.)  And they are bringing their wit and deft turn of phrase to the modern global meeting place, Facebook, through the talents of Sgt. Colin Taylor.  (Daily Show, are you listening?)

The Guardian asks Do the Isles of Scilly police have the best Facebook page ever? and after spending a happy hour in the company of these good folk, I can definitely say that I would vote for them.  It kept me chuckling long after.  And I am going back to their Facebook page to check on the progress of their current dilemma, recruiting for a new Police Counstable; I  am thinking of applying myself!  Except that I am not much of a baker.... <<(clue: hint...)

This Facebook posting that caught the attention of the Guardian:

Isles of Scilly Police at St Mary's, Isles of Scilly

Unique Opportunity
There is a post currently available for a Police Constable on the Isles of Scilly. Quite possibly the most enviable policing post in the UK or even the world, after mine. It only comes around every few years. Amongst other things the successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
The ability to explain cheerfully in infinite different ways to holiday makers that “No you are not hallucinating I am a real Police Officer” and “Yes there are things for me to do here”.
The resolve to issue a parking ticket to your spouse so tactfully so as not find dinner in the dog thereafter.
At 2am whilst still wearing pyjamas under your uniform and wiping sleep from your eyes having been called out on duty from deep REM sleep, resolve a disagreement originating hours beforehand regarding the merits of sea salt verses rock salt between a couple of drunk chefs.
Un-flinching confidence to know what to do when you are alerted to an abandoned seal pup making its way up the main street.
An acceptance that at 6:15pm you will be handed an item of lost property whilst off duty in the Coop queuing for the till with both arms laden with a thawing tub of ice-cream and fish fingers hastily chosen so as to provide a meal for your children before they go to judo at 6:30.
Sounds idyllic? If you have a moment during your day feel free to practice your brief one liner applications online here. Closing day is Friday. Who knows, this time next month you could be rescuing goldfish, investigating fried eggs, competing with Lifeboat crews to make pasties, guarding clogs for Dutchmen and taking your orders from a cat. Only followers of this site need apply as inevitably you will feature here anyway and your mum will want to know what you are up to. Good Luck.
Sgt Colin Taylor
The hilarity of this site continues in the back and forth of the comments:
Jordan Howe: I am a Scillonian who lives in Australia and want to come back for a visit. Can Faye get me deported from Australia?

Isles of Scilly Police: We have a form for that somewhere. Faye will dig it out in the morning Jordan Howe.

and then there is this brilliant idea in the war on drugs:
Isles of Scilly Police:

I have an idea that could save laboratory costs when conducting investigations for the Coroner.

Users of New Psychoactive Substances. It would be much appreciated if you would set aside a small sample of your chemical tipple in the little zip lock bag you purchased it in and not ingest it. Simply leave the surplus chemical concoction by your bedside and we will pop along and seize it when needed. Bobs your Uncle, we may not have to run far more complex and costly blood analysis for your Coroners file.

Of course that might not be necessary in your case as you could be mercifully managing the odds. I met with the professionals at recently. They informed me that a trend is developing. Users of legal highs are less likely to self refer to them for support than are the users of illegal drugs and alcohol. Instead, I am informed, that the customers of these unregulated, untested poisons are increasingly bypassing this valuable early support and presenting themselves direct to Mental Health services as the chronic effects of experimentation reveals itself less favourably.

Not a cheery subject so who wants to see a lovely picture of my Guinea Pig "Ginger"?

The Guardian also reports:

A short while ago while Facebook HQ made a personal approach to us at IOSPD. Apparently amongst the billions of FB pages and in between running a multi-billion dollar Social Media empire and skateboarding, these wood pushers get sick kicks out of following our gnarly exploits at St Mary’s Police. They wanted to verify our account like they did with Obama and Bieber. Once we actually understood what these rad kids were saying we agreed “OK, but on two conditions”. Firstly we don’t have to harp on about ruling the free world and secondly we don’t have to show of our six pack abs. Their Lawyers agreed to our terms and now we proudly display a fancy blue tick on our site which says we are what we say we are.
Thanks FB, well sick.

And the final quote that I will give you (Just read the damn thing!... :-)) expresses what I feel:
Carl Corrigan I must say - this Facebook account is the very best example of how a police force could and should be using social media. It's the way to build communities and bridges in this century. It's done more for Police / citizen relationships in a few months than I have ever seen before.
Personally, I have never been to the Isles, but having followed the posts for long enough, I really want to now, because I would feel safe, noticed and cared for.
Plus I really want to buy PC Mowgli some tuna and tea for everybody else. Thank you for such an entertaining expose of your work chapels, chapels see and Mowgli, please keep going.

Carl Corrigan Not chapels. Damn auto correct. I meant " chaps and chapesses"

This is good for you.  Read the Guardian's Story and then Read (and if you are like me, bookmark,) their FaceBook page.  This will give you a laugh or two and bring a smile to your face.

Remember that?

BTW, would be fun to Like them on FB, Pass their story along to anyone in need of a smile!

Buzzfeed's article yesterday:
16 Times The Isles Of Scilly Police Killed It On Social Media

In a late Friday News Dump, the stunning revelation was released by the Christie administration that the governor has sold the naming of the state to the highest bidder, Exxon. Governor Christie briefly explained this to a news conference of two Fox News reporters who asked him helpful questions, such as how to spell Exxon.

Christie revealed that he has been in long, secret negotiations receiving bids from several globalized corporations for naming rights, and was happy to announce the winner this Friday.  He said that he had decided to do this sale in order to cover the budget shortfalls, money not there, raided pension accounts, empty accounts, etc., etc. etc. and so on.

New Jersey will now be called New Exxon as soon as the state flag, sporting a shiny new drilling well, can be made.  They are also working on a new state motto, favoring the one, “What yours is mine.”  Choosing a state animal is proving to be a problem since there are three equal contenders: the skunk, the weasal or the rat, so the idea is being floated to consider adopting all three.  The state flower, it goes without saying, has now been officially changed to the venus fly trap.

A beaming Governor Christie continued to explain in his impromptu Fox news conference that his groundbreaking move would surely set a precedent for other states, admitting that he had just recently spoken with his good friend Scott Walker who has almost sewn up a similar deal to rename Wisconsin into Kochistan.  Christie said he was announcing his deal first this Friday in order to go down in the history books as the first governor to sell his state out to a global corporation.  And then he chuckled, saying that beating Walker to the punch was very satisfying as well.  He added that he is surprised that no other governor had thought of this since it is just like renaming a sport’s arena.  And of course, he said, there are other perks as well. Wink. Wink. And he blew a kiss to the reporters, when they winked back at him.  Then a Fox reporter asked what the other perks might be, and in the typical Christie fashion that New Exxonians have come to know and love, he barked, “STFU. You are supposed to be from Fox.  Do you want me to get the big guns from Exxon to fix you?”  (The reporter had to leave the room after embarrassing himself with liquid running down his leg.)

When asked what he planned to do with the money, and by the way how much money was it, he said that he wouldn’t release that information; it was a national security secret; it was classified and no amount of ‘freedom of information’ requests could get at it.

Who were they to be asking these questions, anyway?  Terrorists?

Triumphant, he walked away.

"File Charges against the 47 US Senators" Petition has just reached the #1 position in the White House's Roster of Petitions.  At 5:33p EST, it has reached 167, 720 petitioners.

File charges against the 47 U.S. Senators in violation of The Logan Act in attempting to undermine a nuclear agreement.

On March 9th, 2015, forty-seven United States Senators committed a treasonous offense when they decided to violate the Logan Act, a 1799 law which forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

At a time when the United States government is attempting to reach a potential nuclear agreement with the Iranian government, 47 Senators saw fit to instead issue a condescending letter to the Iranian government stating that any agreement brokered by our President would not be upheld once the president leaves office.

This is a clear violation of federal law. In attempting to undermine our own nation, these 47 senators have committed treason.

These numbers have been registered since March 9, 2015 and in two days have not only reached the threshold of what is required (100,00 within a month, by April 8), but have exceeded it by half.  And it has become the #1 petition to the White House.  It is a very active petition and has another 28 days to go.

As I said in an earlier diary:

There has been a discussion on this site about whether or not the Logan Act applies.  It seems to me that (if) "since" the White House got the 100,000 signatures:

1)  that it would force it to address this issue of the Logan Act; a test case, if you will, gaining clarification about what this act means vis a vis congresspersons.

2)  it would also be a means to make a public statement of protest about what we think of this traitorous behaviour.  And to let the public know that we feel that they SHOULD be tried for treason.

3) And even if the Logan Act does not apply, it would be a good tool to remind other representatives, both blue and red, that it will not go well for them if they try to engage in their own brand of treasonous subversion.  Hopefully this will put steel in the backs of the Dems to not allow a vote on the Congressional bill to force Congressional approval of the Iran agreement.

4)  It would keep the uproar in the news, so that going into elections, anyone (and I'm looking at you Paul and Cruz,) who has had notions of running for president  is going to be dogged by chants and placards to remind them of their traitorous behaviour in being part of the "Iranian 47."

So, think about it.  I think that the plus' are many in signing this petition.

Well as a Right Wing Conservative, when you've lost the NYDaily News, you've lost, and there is no comeback to try to 'put lipstick on this pig!'  And as you probably know by now, the Twitter hastag #47traitors is trending very highly.  This has stirred up a firestorm of justifiable outrage.  Traitor is too kind a word.

Did you know that there is also a petition to the White House to make these 47 Traitors accountable under the Logan Act:   SIGN THE PETITION HERE

It was put up on March 9 and expires on April 8 and 100,000 signatures are needed.  Today, March 10 at 11EST, it has 2004 signatures.

Senator Tom Cotton's letter to Iran is a direct violation of the Logan Act and should be prosecuted.

Senator Tom Cotton and 46 others have written an Open Letter to the Iranian Government as an attempt to influence and interfere with our President's current negotiations.

This is a violation of the Logan Act, a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

There has been a discussion on this site about whether or not the Logan Act applies.  It seems to me that if the White House got the 100,000 signatures:

The UK's Guardian Newspaper announced a series highlighting the issues of climate change, from the point of view of a 'clear and present danger', not pandering or giving false equivalency to climate deniers.  It is taking a global leadership role in bringing journalistic integrity to the whole issue of climate change.

The Guardian's groundbreaking journalistic stand will bring the truth to the forefront, that we do not have anymore to time to waste on these wilfull distractionists and must get about the business of cutting through the propaganda, letting people worldwide know the truth of what is really happening.  Hopefully armed with the truth and when people are not sedated by propaganda, some serious changes can be made.

Alan Rusbridger, the retiring editor, who has orchestrated this massive global 'Noah's Ark,' explains why he is doing this:

One reason for this is personal. This summer I am stepping down after 20 years of editing the Guardian. Over Christmas I tried to anticipate whether I would have any regrets once I no longer had the leadership of this extraordinary agent of reporting, argument, investigation, questioning and advocacy.

Very few regrets, I thought, except this one: that we had not done justice to this huge, overshadowing, overwhelming issue of how climate change will probably, within the lifetime of our children, cause untold havoc and stress to our species.

So, in the time left to me as editor, I thought I would try to harness the Guardian’s best resources to describe what is happening and what – if we do nothing – is almost certain to occur, a future that one distinguished scientist has termed as “incompatible with any reasonable characterisation of an organised, equitable and civilised global community”.

I signed up because I really want to be part of this and also to let this Alan know that there are people 'out there' who care as much as he does and who are deeply appreciative of the step he is taking and will support and promote his work.

"This regime will always be an 'enemy of America' because it is deeply rooted in militant Islam..... wanting to impose a militatnt Islamic empire on the entire world.... in this... no place for Americans, ... no rights for women... no freedom for anyone.."

Hum?  I wonder how the Palestinians of Gaza feel about the Israeli occupation?

"The deal being negotiated won't prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons, it will guarantee that it will get it..."

Basically this speech said:

1.  Not here to disrespect Obama, he has done done good things, and then proceeds to explain that Obama's deal is defective and wrong, and is hugely disrespecting Obama with every aspect of this speech.
2.  Iran is the Enemy and we are the perpetual martyrs
3.  US is our lap dog and will do just what we tell them
4.  Don't eff with us, because we are the Holocaust martyrs and deserve to get a pass on all our own aggression and blood thirsty behavior.
5.  Iran is incapable of behaving other than in a savage way because they are militant Islamic empire who wants to take over the world.
6.  Unless total surrender by Iran, won't accept it; every alternative being considered is unacceptable to Bibi.
7.  Sees the world in black and white:  Iran=Evil and Israel=Good.  And if the US wants to be on the side of good, do what we say.
8.  Nuclear war, nuclear war.... be very afraid... and do as we say....
9.  Idiiot's Guide to Bibi's Speech:  "Bomb, Bomb, Bomb Iran..."

MSNBC:  Pep Rally for Bibi's re-election

MSNBC:  Bibi to Congress: Don't trust Obama re. this deal, trust me.

Now will someone explain to me the actual definition of sedition by Boehner?  If not technically, he has sure sold out the US to our bosses in Israel.

The "Potemkin Village" that Boehner and his neocons set up, showed a full house, applauding loudly for Bibi.  Only problem is that about 50-60 Dems weren't there, but their seats were filled by R. interns.

The phrase "Potemkin village" (also "Potyomkin village", derived from the Russian: Потёмкинские деревни, Potyomkinskiye derevni) was originally used to describe a fake village, built only to impress. According to the story, Grigory Potemkin erected fake settlements along the banks of the Dnieper River in order to fool Empress Catherine II during her journey to Crimea in 1787. The phrase is now used, typically in politics and economics, to describe any construction (literal or figurative) built solely to deceive others into thinking that some situation is better than it really is. Some modern historians claim the original story is exaggerated.

Pope Francis took the opportunity of his visit to Manila in the Philippines today to firmly condemn the use of articifical contraception:

Pope Francis has issued his strongest defence yet of church teaching opposing artificial contraception, using a rally in Asia’s largest Catholic nation to urge families to be “sanctuaries of respect for life”.

The pontiff deviated from his prepared remarks during a five-day visit to the Philippines to praise Pope Paul VI for having “courageously” resisted calls for an opening in church teaching on sexuality. Paul wrote the 1968 encyclical Humanae Vitae, which enshrined the church’s opposition to artificial birth control.

Francis noted that Paul was aware some families would find it difficult to uphold the teaching and “he asked confessors to be particularly compassionate and understandable for particular cases”.

From the Guardian: Pope Francis defends church’s opposition to artificial contraception

It appears that the Philippines has passed a law that would provide free birth control to women and that President Aquino supported that law:

Pope Francis’ comments come in the wake of Philippines president Benigno Aquino's signing a highly controversial reproductive health bill in 2013 that drew strong protest from local bishops and members of the faith.

The legislation requires government-sanctioned sex education for adults, middle school and high school students, as well as a population control program that includes fully subsidized contraceptives under government health insurance. The nation's bishops spoke out strongly against the measure.

Paul VI was right to warn against contraception, Pope Francis says

Well this puts women in their place!  Finally.  No more "Mr Nice Guy" - Francis takes off the gloves and means business.

I better say no more lest I be found guilty of 'criticizing Pope Francis' faith.'

For I have recently learned from him, that criticizing another's faith is not permissable and that he has the right to punch me out if I so do.  Doesn't make for a long conversation.

Apparently Pope Francis is willing to place limits on free speech but not on fertility.  And doesn't want to be criticized for his beliefs.

I hope that 2014 was a wake up call for us all.

DK, founded 12 years ago, was a harbor in a Bush storm, however the methodology it uses today is outmoded, and in my opinion, clearly did not help in 2014?  If anything that 2014 showed us, it is that we cannot continue to play by the same old worn playbook.  Time for DK 2.0.

Another diary by Assaf calls on Kos to expand the site's mission.  I think that Kos needs to make some significant changes on the approach and moderation of thie site.  Kos is so enamored about clicks, likes and people READING DK, but so what?  So what?  How is that translating to really moving the progressive agenda?

I do not deny that there have been some accomplishments of this site, however, beyond petitions and phone calling and givng money, what else is there?  Instead, strengthening the site to allow a more robust, adult and seasoned discussion would be invaluable.  Seasoned discussion that would then more easily translate into progressive action.

There are two major changes I think have to happen:
1)  to create an atomosphere for seasoned, educated and informed discussion by a requirement that HR's be fully and rationally explained (or a time out will be given) to control herd mentality,
2) to move into an adult understanding of politics with a focus away from Personality Politics to Issue Politics, which understands that many on our side are minions of the corporations, and demand to see their progressive credentials upfront in the election not just rely on their carefully polished 'personalities.'

These are two of the major problems with this site that in my opinion hamper what effectiveness it has.

It is a major problem that seasoned, educated and informed discussion is routinely shut down by 'know nothings'.  There are several reasosn for this, the major one being Kos' inveterate denial about the desperate need to better moderate discussion here at DK.  This has resulted in some excellent thinkers and doers leaving the site because they were continually harrassed by a 'herd mentality.'  When that herd reads something that they did not immediately understand or know about, they argue that it is not true, rather than being open to learn more.  The 'arrogance of ignorance' makes those in the herd assume that if they don't know or understand something, well then it must be wrong.  These are the people who now control most DK discussions.

Even one small change, demanding that people be REQUIRED TO EXPLAIN CALMLY AND RATIONALLY THEIR HR'S (or get a timeout themselves,) could greatly control the mob mentality here and inject a reasoned discourse.  Kos' failure to do so and instead allow a libertarian 'free for all' to exist with the clearest guideline being 'don't be a dick' is ripe for mob abuse.  So the mob does abuse and rule the discussions.

As a result, some very seasoned and thoughtful DK writers and thinkers have understandably left and Kos dismisses it as 'old ones go and new ones come.'  But what he fails to see is that the leavings based on lack of proper moderation and rational discourse, dooms this site to have the majority being young and inexperienced (for the most part,) and simplistic thinkers who end up being cheer leaders for this or that issue, rather than leaders in thinking.

When these HR Wars were going on, it seemed to me that the site would suffer a fatal blow that would result in having diarists on the Rec List who were not as perceptive and experienced and who would not be able to understand the political process as well as those who had been around for awhile and earned their creds.  And it was clear to me that the 2014 election would suffer.  Do you know there were many comments up on election day talking about a win?  You had to be deaf, dumb and blind to think that we were going to get anything but a drubbing.

And then there is that little matter about Personality Vs. Issue Politics.  Need I mention that if Kos and Co. try to push HRC down the throats of progressives with the mantra "she is a better choice than the R's" without pushing for her being vetted and really primaried, I for one will check out.  Because then the site will have become an arm of the Corporate Dem Party and not a guiding light of the progressive movement.

Furthermore, when is this site and when are we going to become political grownups and give up the childish need to have political heroes?  We need to understand the flawed political system in this country, and primary and elect people on ISSUES NOT PERSONALITY.  We need our candidates to make issue commitments and then we need to hold them accountable to those commitments.  This site could go a long way to make this demand.  (Ahem, demanding issue commitments from one HRC would be a start, rather than participating in a coronation process.)

Watch the voter turnout in 2016 if candidates really put their careers on the line with progressive commitments?  Just watch.  Rather than these insipid 'Mr/Ms Nice' who will say and do anything to be elected.  They won't change upon election!  That is the lie we have been fed.  "Just get them in and they will support us," we are told.  Oh Yeah, tell me just when that has happened?

And this site won't be able to contribute anything substantially positive to 2016 unless it creates an atmosphere where the herd mentality is kept in check and the site does not have to be governed by the most reactive, less informed and least perceptive among us.  And unless it demands that this election is about ISSUES.

This site has the potential for great good.  But Kos must update.

Okie Dokie.  That is what I really think.  Have at me!

Thank you for reading this diary and commenting.

One teeny tiny point.  All I am saying is that there be a requirement that HR's be explained.  I am not saying that anyone be set up to judge the explanation.  That is all.
Thanks for reading.

This is just a battle... not the War.  We are with you and support you and will stand by the pursuit of justice here.

I applaud and recognize that it is by the courage and persistence of the people of Ferguson coming out to protest that we are even watching the results of the grand jury tonight.  It is your faith and courage to refuse to be victims and to demand your civic rights, that people are finally paying attention to this racist war.

Every one says "I do not know what the grand jury will say tonight." Bullshit!

Well I know and you know and Gov. Nixon knows and the National Guard and the news media knows... Of course, we all know what the grand jury decided.  One way or another it will be: Wilson not guilty.  The racist system will be kept safely in place.  Maybe there will be some scraps thrown to the people of Ferguson with Wilson resigning from the police force.  Big Effin Deal!  Will he get severance pay, I wonder?

St. Louis is guility.  The militarized police departments that 'shoot first and ask questions later' are guilty.  Racism is guilty.

We will stand with you,

Ferguson, take heart, we are with you and won't forget.

This is just a battle.  The war on racism has to be fought.

And "Ferguson" will be the inspiration to this war.
