New HHS spokesman, Michael Caputo, has been busy cleaning up his Twitter stream. It seems that there are many, many questionable (i.e., extremely offensive) tweets to get rid of.
After publication, Caputo responded to CNN's request for comment by saying that reporting on his past tweets is "fair game, dude. I don't care. It doesn't matter to me at all." He claimed that he deletes his tweets "every month and I do it because it drives people mad."
Okay, first of all, this government spokesperson answers a CNN questioner by calling him “dude?” Secondly, he’s pretty proud of his tweets that drive people mad. Tweets like this.
So the Corona Virus was the result of millions of Chinese sucking the blood out of rabid bats. And who is behind all of this? Not just George Soros; Caputo pulls out classic anti-Semitism and blames the Rothschilds, too. What next? The Learned Elders of Zion?
And of, the Dems are to blame.
February 28: Caputo tweets, "Bottom line, a lot of Americans have to get sick and die for coronavirus to tank the Trump economy. The Democrats' only hope for 2020 victory is a sunk economy. They're talking it down right now. But their strategy only works if a lot of Americans get sick and die."
March 8:
Caputo tweets, "Coronavirus is the Democrats' new Russia, their new Ukraine. And nobody will believe them except their zombies. But know this: The Dems' strategy to defeat @realDonaldTrump requires 100s of thousands of American deaths. Will one of their nutjobs make it happen, a la Hodgkinson?"
Wait. There’s more. Caputo is a long time friend and ally of Roger Stone (Remember Stone dedicated his book, “The Clintons’ War on Women” to Viktor Thorn, who was one of the most prolific Holocaust deniers). He arranged one of those meetings in 2016.
The Washington Post's Manuel Roig-Franzia and Rosalind S. Helderman broke a significant story Sunday that added to the list of undisclosed meetings between Russians and President Trump's confidants. This one involves informal Trump adviser Stone meeting in May 2016 with a Russian who — you guessed it — was offering dirt on Hillary Clinton. The meeting was arranged by Caputo, an official member of Trump's campaign who had previously worked in Russia.
Oh, yeah. That’s right. He worked in Russia, too.
In 1994, after the fall of the Soviet Union, Caputo moved to Russia and worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Caputo got along better with Kremlin officials than U.S officials and lost his job in 1995 for going against the State Department by defending a Russian Election Commission decision to disqualify a progressive political party. Caputo stayed in Russia and opened his own consulting practice to help Western companies acclimate. He also says he advised President Boris Yeltsin’s re-election campaign and helped the new Russian government set up more open election laws. When the Russian economy tanked, so did his business. Caputo moved back to the U.S. in 2000 and consulted for Gazprom Media, a subsidiary of the Russian state-owned energy company Gazprom. After series of failed ventures, he eventually moved to Miami Beach to work with Roger Stone and open Michael Caputo Public Relations. Today, Caputo is partnered with Sergey "George" Petrushin who owns Russia-based PR firm Zeppelin Productions.
Your new Trump administration member, folks!
