I haven't watched TV in a while, and I just turned it on to see "After Party" on CNN which sort of is my dream show.
There's one liberal panel hosted by Donna Brazile (who I LOVE), one Republican one hosted by David Brody, NO IDIOT MODERATORS, and they get to speak freely within their panel for different parts of the show.
I hate the fact that most of the time conservatives and progressives never get a chance to actually argue their real differences with each other. Almost half the country still voted John McCain in the last election, which should be considered mental insanity. I sometimes think if Americans were all in one room most of the time, we could talk out most of our issues (which is sort of Obama's point about "unity"). Do you think this is a good thing, a bad thing?
I haven't watched the Republican panel yet, so who knows if it'll make this unwatchable, but so far I'm liking it.
What do you think?
Update: It's over. Well that was interesting - they get to directly argue at the end. I guess they're trying to bring crossfire back...
