Good morning, I hope you're enjoying the time lapse, I overslept.
Let's begin by taking deep breaths, and as we breathe in~~~fill your lungs as deeply and slowly as you can. As you exhale, purse your lips and blow out the CO2 and straighten your spine. With each set, put your body in a better posture.
Stretch your spine. Go slow and enjoy the stretch.
Roll your neck, flex it from side to side and front to back. Stretch your arms up to give your back a full cat stretch.
