Today I'm going to plant some flowers, clean up the patio, and study. I look forward to Saturdays, its usually a pretty good day. Hopefully I'll get out to a state park today and walk this afternoon. I've been busy for so long that any time to de-stress is savored.
I hope everyone gets time to do what they love to do today. Let's get our yoga mats out (or just sit up straight) and do some stretching!
Breathe deeply, all the way so your diaphram extends and then let it out slowly.
Get all the air out. We're not doing your regular breathing, we are thinking about it and breathing deep again all the way.....and slowly exhaling. One more time, breathe in deep, your tummy should be expanding. Then let it out slowly.
Stretch that spine. If you are sitting lean over and touch your toes, let your back stretch out, then slowly roll up into your sitting position. Now stretch your arms over your head and reach! Ok, you've breathed and stretched.
