I am a "fraudster" and no, I will not shut up. I have come to the conclusion that the last two presidential elections were stolen, not because of an inherent lack of intelligence as some would have you believe, but after hundreds of hours pouring over articles, reading books and generally trying to fit the information that I know into some semblance of a theory that makes sense to me.
If you don't agree with me I won't try to shame and silence you, though I might try to convert you by engaging you in discussion and telling you what I know about this extremely important issue.
There are a number of people on this site that don't believe that fraud occurred and really, really wish that those of us that do, and have the actual audacity to say it, would just disappear. Well, I have news for you. Fraudsters aren't going to go away, in fact I predict that the number of people that reach this conclusion is only going to grow as more and more data is released about the last election and more people get access to the information.
The difference between me (fraudster) and the naysayers is that if I am wrong then nothing changes in the world, but if they are wrong and continue to ignore the issue, then democracy as we know it is dead. Many of us feel so strongly about this issue because of what is at stake so, don't discount us or equate us with the likes of alien abductionists or those that believe in a global takeover by the illuminati.
I am not a religious person so please don't ask me to accept faith-based elections. Particularly when the people that want me to just have faith in the results (the Bush administration) have done everything in the last five years to earn my distrust.
My passion on this issue is not born of fatuity, but from a deep, aching love for my country and a belief in the incredible, infinite potential that is America. Some people here are lamenting the good old days, you know, back a year or a year and a half ago before the common riff raff showed up and dared to give voice to their beliefs. Someone even mentioned how "watered down" Daily Kos has become since the arrival of the unwashed masses (my words). Talk about true intellectual elitism.
Some say we shouldn't talk about fraud because it just feeds into the republican's portrayal of the democrats as snotty nosed whiners. But isn't this haughty talk about intellectual inferiors doing the same thing? Again, the difference is what is at stake. And besides, I truly believe that the democrats as a whole would be a lot better off if they stopped worrying so much about what other people will think or how the media will portray them. If all the democrats in the country suddenly became deified and started walking on water the republicans would simply attribute it to our innate hollowness.
Most fraudsters are simply asking for an investigation into the vast irregularities that have been reported in the last two elections. Restore trust and transparency to our election system. Surely this isn't the ranting of a bunch of cretins. It is through discussion that we can weed out the implausible, the improbable and the down right absurd. After all, isn't Daily Kos a place for "political analysis and other daily rants on the state of the nation"? I've always thought that the topic of elections falls safely within the stated bounds of this site.
If you don't like the talk about possible fraud, then just pass it by. I am filled with awe and inspiration every day by the caliber of intellect and the insightfulness that I find on this site. I can't imagine that anyone would find it difficult to avoid those topics that they personally aren't interested in. Don't forget that fraudsters aren't trying to break the system, but are simply trying desperately to fix it.
