In an article on Huntington Post, James Holmes Prosecution Could Call 3,500 Potential Witnesses In Trial Of Aurora Theater Shooting Suspect, it is reported:
CENTENNIAL, Colo. — Court documents say prosecutors in the Colorado theater shootings have listed about 3,500 potential witnesses they could call during the trial of defendant James Holmes.
The estimate was in a motion filed Tuesday. None of the witnesses have been publicly identified.
There is no need to waste court costs or jury duty time on having to listen to 3,500 witnesses. Move the courtroom to the scene have all the witnesses that were in the theater that afternoon in their seats. Leaving open the seats of those killed.
Swear the audience witnesses in, and ask who shot at them that day. Have them identify the individual.
Send the case to the jury. Get their verdict. March the convicted outside, and execute the Bastard.
That is the speedy trial the dead deserve.
