Elijah Cummings: This was a conservative Republican from the IRS and a credible source who told me the Tea Party group targeting was made from within the Cincinnati office. Why are you backing down?
Darrell Issa: But-But-But Congressman, we still need to investigate this matter!
Elijah Cummings: Is that right? So what about those transcripts?
Darrell Issa: I-I-I'm-I'm not going to release them in full.
Darth Vader: The Emperor would like to know what is going on.
Darth Issa: My-my lord. Everything is fine.
Darth Vader: I do not believe you have control of the dark side of the force. You first said you were releasing the transcripts, now you're not. The Emperor does not approve of your actions nor does the force.
Looks like things are getting tense between Darrell "Darth Vader" Issa and Elijah Cummings:

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa put on a clinic in rudeness Tuesday, releasing a letter to ranking member Elijah Cummings that’s essentially a three-page insult, calling Cummings “reckless,” “irresponsible” and “obstructionist” for releasing the transcript of an interview in which an IRS manager said there was no evidence the White House was involved in Tea Party targeting, and telling CNN’s Candy Crowley that “the case is solved.”
Here's a section of Issa whining like a baby because he didn't get things his way:
Your decision to make that declaration in a very public way was irresponsible and emblematic of your general aversion to conducting meaningful oversight of the Administration. In fact, any time the Committee endeavors to engage in such an effort, your participation is generally limited to obstructing or criticizing the process, if you decide to participate at all. I urge you to adopt a more responsible approach.

Way to go Issa for attacking your ranking member colleague who has served with you for some time now in the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee!
Funny Issa should mention this because not too long ago he said this:
And he also did this:
http://www.politico.com/...
Issa (R-Calif.) has been aggressively probing the IRS since news broke last month that the tax-collecting agency had inappropriately singled out tea party groups as they applied for a tax exemption.
He’s suggested he’ll bring Lois Lerner, the head of the tax-exempt division, back to the panel after some claimed she lost her Fifth Amendment right by delivering a statement last month proclaiming her innocence. And over the weekend, he released partial transcripts of the panel’s interrogations of Cincinnati-based IRS employees, arguing that they show the IRS scandal directive came from Washington.
And the following Darrell Issa has now also done has just about destroyed his reputation. Can you guess what he just did?
"Oh no he didn't!"
Oh yes he did! He made a flip-flop.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) is refusing to release transcripts of interviews with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agents that allegedly prove how political officials in the Obama administration directed the IRS to target conservative groups applying for 501 (c)(4) status.
The California congressman, whose committee is conducting an investigation into the agency’s behavior, provided CNN excerpts of interviews with IRS agents on June 2 and assured host Candy Crowley that “the whole transcript will be put out.” The portion purported to show an IRS official conceding that “directions” for to treat Tea Party groups “emanated from Washington,” though Issa himself conceded that that excerpt was not definitive.
Oh Issa, buddy old pal. You enjoying you job these days? Pressure getting to you?
