These are the morans we shut down the government for:
"Do you know that ObamaCare and the Affordable Care Act are the same thing?"
"No, they're not." (laughter and embarrassment while interviewer must be nodding his head)
"Thanks, you made me look stupid!"
"That's what we do here..."
Ok, you did good.

And from the Borowitz Report Millions Flee ObamaCare...
Millions of Tea Party loyalists fled the United States in the early morning hours today, seeking what one of them called “the American dream of liberty from health care.
Harland Dorrinson, 47, a tire salesman from Lexington, Kentucky, packed up his family and whatever belongings he could fit into his Chevy Suburban just hours before the health-insurance exchanges opened, joining the Tea Party’s Freedom Caravan with one goal in mind: escape from Obamacare.
“My father didn’t have health care and neither did my father’s father before him,” he said. “I’ll be damned if I’m going to let my children have it.”
ObamaCare Site Goes Live With Some Glitches
President Obama from the Rose Garden
“This is life-or-death stuff,” Obama said. “Tens of thousands of Americans die each year just because they don’t have health insurance. Millions more live with the fear that they’ll go broke if they get sick. And today we begin to free millions of our fellow Americans from that fear.”
In the District, DC Health Link, as the exchange is known, opened at 8 a.m. Within the first 90 minutes, about 1,500 DC residents had created accounts – more than exchange staff had anticipated, according to Richard Sorian, spokesman for the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority.

Margaret and Helen: Let’s hope Republicans don’t need health insurance to recover from pulling their heads out of their asses
One. I heard a Congressman from Texas today say that Obamacare was forcing hard-working, middle class families to purchase health insurance they don’t need. Now there is a congressman who has definitely put his head in a place where the sun doesn’t shine. Show me someone who doesn’t need health insurance and I’ll show you the second coming of Jesus. And for the record, it’s called the Affordable Care Act because before it was passed, healthcare was no longer affordable for most Americans. Do these Tea Party asshats really take us for fools?
Even Mitt Romney weighs in on the saner side of things: Ted Cruz not swayed by Mitt Romney attack
The former Massachusetts governor called Cruz's strategy not 'effective.'
“He is certainly entitled to his views,” Cruz told Ingraham. “At the end of the day, I’m much more concerned about listening to the American people than I am about listening to politicians in and around the country, and the American people are hurting under Obamacare.”
Indeed we are.
