While a life should not be just a number, I've been wondering in my head how much damage we've caused in Iraq because of this bogus war. The overall casualties already eclipse that of 9/11, and it's sad that the American public was sold on this phony war. Of course, here in America it seems like the media is only concerned with the loss of
American life.
I think it would be powerful to have some sort of counter, or some way to visually represent the number of lives that have been lost in Iraq. Or even to compare the number of american lives lost in Iraq, to that of 9/11. It seems to me that this war has been perpetrated in the name of 9/11, security, and the like. But I also feel like some people have already forgotten how many people perished that day, and how Bush Co© have caused almost as many of our citizens to perish in it's wake.
This is my first posting here.. but I've been following since back in the Dean primary days. I just want to thank the community for all of the interesting information here. Thanks.
