Attorney General Richard Blumenthal has made it official, according to a number of sources picking up an
AP story.
``I love this job,'' Blumenthal said. ``It affords endless challenges and opportunities to help people.
``This job is also right for my family,'' he said. ``My children are still at ages where they are counting on me to be there. I have always put family first, and I have decided to do it again now.''
Apparently, the AP reporter wasn't smart enough to nail him down on any plans to mount a primary challenge for Lieberman's seat, something a lot of progressive Dems would like to see happen.
