Where Do You Do Your Research?

Sun Mar 20, 2005 at 11:02:34 AM PDT

It's time for another one of these threads - call `em link-sharing posts. Over the past two-and-a-half years that I've been an active commenter at DKos and other blogs, I've come across a number of very useful sites for doing politically-related research. I'd love to know what your favorites are. Here are some of mine:

Dave Leip's Atlas of US Presidential Elections: Utterly invaluable. Has complete data, down to a very fine level, on every presidential race ever. (Just be warned: He swaps the traditional red/blue color scheme.)

Electoral College Calculator: A handy reference tool, also with historical data going back to George Washington.

Polling Report: Tremendous archive of polling data, updated constantly. The only downside is that state polls require a subscription.

Redistricting Resource Center: Tells you how each Congressional district voted in the 2000 election. (Anyone know a site which has 2004 data?)

Acronym Finder: This one has solved a lot of pesky mysteries for me.

So, where do you do your research?
