What are your ideas on what makes a progressive a progressive. Is it an attitude-- a way of looking at the world, at politics, at the commons? Is it a collection of positions or stands on issues? Which issues. Which attitudes. Help me put together an article that helps to clarify and define what goes into the makeup of a progressive.
While you're at it, do think there's a difference between a progressive an liberal. Some suggest that progressives are further to the left. When our poll framed it that way, we found some interesting differences. I'll be posting an article summing up my ideas, the responses I get here, from my opednews.com mailing list readers, and from other blogs. Reply here or write to me at rob@opednews.com
