You know fellow Kossacks, that which we are fighting against isn't a matter of left vs. right, pro-Iraq War vs. anti-Iraq War, etc...
Instead, it's a battle of the people vs. the DC incumbency racket, as fueled by big corporate interests.
If it were a matter of ideology, how would you go about explaining a picture like this:
I mean you wouldn't expect those two to vacation together, now would you? But for the Clintons, as for the Bushes, and for the Liebermans, --it is no longer about issues and ideas that affect real people. It's now only about THEM. Their power. Their ego. Their sense of bloody entitlement.

So this is what I mean when I tell people this race is bigger than the war. It is about sending a message to a horribly out-of-touch DC, that their self-indulgence is now over.
Represent us, damnit, or face some unpleasant music.
Iraq, Katrina, the pork, the corruption, the loss of jobs, the seeming indifference to the needs of working families, health care, the really, really rich paying their fair share, the Corporate favoritism... No wonder in a recent survey the majority of Americans said they wanted someone other than their current Incumbent to represent them in Washington!
So yeah, I want to win this Lamont thing. But I also understand what is happening right this very moment. We have scared the hell out of the Democratic political establishment, and instead of embracing much needed change, they are scurrying in a panic-stricken fever to figure out a way to stop us.
Heavens to mergatroid! If we hold Joe Lieberman accountable, what might happen next? Would we possibly restore some of the faith the Party lost during the Clinton era? And maybe, just maybe, Take Back Congress!
