Well that didn't take long. Just a few weeks after the right wing and the MSM were driven into a fan-fluttering, hysterical tizzy over a handful of anonymous comments on Huffington Post suggesting that the un-identified posters were dissapointed Cheney was not killed in the so-called assassination attempt in Afghanistan, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has supposedly "confessed" to multiple plots to assassinate Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton. And what is the response from the responsible, level-headded Amurkin patriots at Little Green Footballs?
See the flip for more.
It's a damn shame the terrorists didn't kill Carter and Clinton! of course.
Glenn Greenwald has the scoop here at Salon: http://www.salon.com/...
You see it's only bad if anonymous, possibly psy-ops-playing, possible trolls at HuffPo call for the death of Cheney. If named, known, registered users at LGF call for the death of Clinton and Carter, well, it must be the reasoned discourse of mainstream Amurkans who merely want terrorists to murder our former Presidents. What's so bad about that? Nothing to see here. Move along.
I mean, who knows who posted those comments? Can't just anybody come along and post at LGF? Just the same way anybody at all can post at HuffPO? Oh wait, no they can't. LGF specifically censors comments and commenters who dissent from the party line. They assiduously monitor all communication on the site to ensure political and ideological purity. No one can say anything at LGF that isn't 100% approved by the comissars at the top. I mean patriots at the top. Ahem.
And will the (booga-booga!!) radical, EEENSAAAANE! nancy-boy hippies in the left-wing MSM report this story the same way they wet themselves "reporting" the HuffPo commenters story?
chirp, chirp, chirp.
