I don't know if this was included in Dennis Kucinichs' articles of impeachment, but Raw Story has an article that was written by Larisa Alexandrovna(she reports on intelligence and national security stories)in October 2007 in which she writes about the possibility of the Bush Administration being in violation of the National Security Act of 1947, Section 503(f). It defines domestic propaganda as illegal. According to the story, the Act states that "no covert action maybe conducted which is intended to influence United States political processes, public opinion, policies, or media".
Here's the link to the story in its entirety. You can scroll down to see the propaganda story.

According to this Act, another charge can be leveled against the Bush Administration for willfully using propaganda to encourage support for an unjustified war through all of the major media outlets. Its blatantly obvious as to why neither of the major cable news networks are not reporting on this, they helped to facilitate this violation.
This should be regarded as major news in and of itself, in addition to the 35 Articles that Mr. Kucinich has presented as Articles of Impeachment. This administration needs to answer to the atrocities that it has knowingly inflicted upon the American public and others around the world.
Sorry this was so short, but I have so many thoughts running through my head right now that my thoughts are getting jumbled up. Hopefully the article will incite us enough to get behind Dennis Kucinich and push for full disclosure of this Administrations actions and impeach this awful president. Have a good day.
