I'm sitting in the hotel lobby with kath25 and a bunch of bloggers. A lot of people have left already, but the rest of us are here talking and typing away on our laptops.
Here's a little photoblog of my time in Austin.
UPDATE: Thanks for all the recs! I just got home (yes, it's 1:30 am) to find this on the Rec list.
I arrived on Tuesday night, and met kath25 and rameyko. We headed out for fish tacos at El Chilito.
Wednesday was the day of the Netroots Nation Vote for Change. About 18 kossacks and local volunteers met in the Hilton coffee shop to be deputized and trained for voter registration.
Here's kath telling us about why voter registration is so important.
Some of the newly deputized voter registrants got together for a BBQ dinner at Stubbs.
Here are a few random photos of people I ran into over the past few days.

One of our local NYC candidates came to Austin -- Kevin Powell. I am extremely excited about him and his chances in Brooklyn.
Here's another great NY candidate, Jon Powers, running upstate in NY-26.
I joined a few dozen Kossacks packing boxes of supplies for the troops. What a wonderful effort this was. Thanks again to the organizers.
Here are a couple shots of the DailyKos party Friday night.
A few shots of Pelosi and Gore on Saturday morning.
Obama Deputy Campaign Manager Steve Hildebrand was one of the panelists who talked about the Obama campaign's ground game.
Also on the panel, Obama campaign New Media director Joe Rospars.
That's it for now. I can comment for a few minutes before my battery dies or I jump in a cab for the airport (whichever comes first).
I had a GREAT time at Netroots Nation, and really enjoyed spending quality time with some of my favorite kossacks. Nice to meet everyone!
