I'm watching the local news right now and thought you'd like to know that here in Wisconsin, voters are saying that the economy is, of course, the more important issue over the war.
Forty-seven percent compared to 20%, to be exact. What I thought you might find interesting is that out of those saying the war was the most important issue, 70% said they'd prefer Obama to 23% for McCain.
This is a short diary, but I know that Wisconsin is considered a swing state and wanted to share this news. This isn't the local news out of Madison, where the population is dominated by liberals. This is Wausau area news which covers the Wausau Metro, Northwoods, Steven's Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Marshfield, and every little town around and in between.
Polls like these aren't an exact science, but these areas are all conservative leaning areas.
Just an FYI to put a smile on your face. :)
