Hillary Clinton is strongly backing Barack Obama and bringing it to John McCain:
Clinton mocked a Republican advertisement using some of her criticisms of Obama during the nominating duel.
"I am Hillary Clinton and I do not approve that message," she said

More, after the fold.
Hillary Clinton today in Denver.
"Let there be no mistake about it, We are united. We are united for change.
We are, after all, Democrats, so it might take awhile. We're not the fall in line party -- we're diverse, many voices. But make no mistake, we are united. We are united on behalf of the Democratic party, the values we hold dear, the reason we work so hard in politics to make the changes that we know will matter in the lives of hard working Americans and for the future of our children.
And we are united behind Barack Obama and Joe Biden and we are gong to make sure that we win on November 4th."

"We are gathered here in Denver for a very clear and simple purpose, and that is to come out of this convention energized, excited and ready to elect Barack Obama the next president of the United States."

More unity from Senator Clinton:
In a media availability with reporters following the breakfast, Clinton reiterated her opposition to McCain's ads.
"I don't appreciate having my name or my words or for that matter Sen. Biden's words used. There's nothing I can do about it, except speak out against it, and hope people won't give it any credence."
"If you voted for me, you have much more in common with Senator Obama on every issue I campaigned on, on every cause that I have stood for, than you do with Senator McCain."

This is unity:
"I ask each and every one of you to work as hard for Barack and Joe Biden as you worked for me."

That's victory over McCain. It's time for all Democrats to come together, including on Daily Kos. Senator Clinton is stepping up as a proud Democrat behind the Obama-Biden ticket. I have no doubt she will kick serious McCain ass tomorrow night in her speech and show unity in support of Barack Obama, as well as commemorating the historic nature of her campaign this year.
Update I:
HILLARY Clinton will tell her pledged delegates that they can vote for Barack Obama at this week's Democratic national convention.
Legally, delegates from 10 states who are chosen to support a certain candidate are obliged to vote for that person, even when that person is not running for president any more. The rest of the state delegates technically can vote for whomever they want at the roll call.
Senator Clinton is freeing her pledged delegates in those states from their legal obligations.

Update II: More from this morning:
"I just want to make it absolutely clear -- we cannot afford four more years of President Bush's failed policies," she said.
"I am looking forward to being at the White House when President Obama signs quality, affordable health care for every American."

Update III:
Clinton, Obama are working on roll call deal on which a few states vote and then perhaps moving to New York and having Hillary Clinton move to make it unanimous for Obama.
In addition, Hillary says she will vote for Obama as a superdelegate.
Msnbc.com has the story, but they link to an AP story for those of you boycotting.

Update IV: Before the United Farm Workers Convention yesterday:
"I know how hard farmworkers work, and you worked hard for me in this campaign," she said, before turning her remarks to the Obama campaign.
"I have campaigned with him for more than 16 months, I've debated him and I've watched," Clinton said. "I've seen his passion and determination, his grit and his grace, and I know that he has lived the American dream. And now it is time for us to have a president again who believes that every person is entitled to be given the chance to fulfill his or her dreams and that is what Senator Obama will do as our president."

"So I ask you to work as hard for Senator Obama as you did for me."
