For the second time in less than a month, authorities may have thwarted a plot to assassinate Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Police in the Denver suburb of Aurora, Colorado held a news conference late Monday night to announce the arrests of three men on weapons and drug charges in connection with a possible plot to kill Obama during his Thursday-night acceptance speech at Invesco Field, the former Mile High Stadium.
