Extremely short diary for those who can't wait on official posting
Got this as a Tweet so not even sure it'll open for everyone. Says it's as-of 3.15.2010 so last night's changes wouldn't be there.
Don't know how to copy and paste tweets or I'd do so.
Here's the reconciliation summary:

HuffPo has a summary of CBO score on changes:
The reconciliation package that the CBO analyzed makes slight changes to the underlying bill. Subsidies for the uninsured to purchase insurance are increased and more funding is dedicated to community health centers. The excise tax on insurance premiums is scaled back so that it hits few families. The bill also demands a higher commitment from drugmakers, aiming to close the so-called "doughnut hole" -- the time that seniors must pay full price for medication. The pharmaceutical lobby has signed off on the increased commitment and will be running ads in Democratic districts in support of reform.

Some of the other items I notice right off are that there's more emphasis on employer mandates and the individual mandate is weakened.
The excise tax is put out to 2018 with a higher threshold.
Most disappointing, although it may not qualify for reconciliation, is that there is no ban on "pay-for-delay", a scheme where drug companies pay off makers of generics to not bring their products to market. Of course PhRma is soaking the airwaves with commercials in favor of the bill, so this may not ever come.
